Postdanmark (the Danish Post) will handle the shipping. Delivery time is usually 2-4 days (within Denmark), unless otherwise specified.
The postage might depend on the package weight. Orders are normally shipped as a whole.
We ship to all EU countries, and also to Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Andorra, Liechtenstein. If in doubt, please send us an e-mail.
Returning goods
You have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days after having received the goods, by returning your order to Howdy.dk. The articles
should be in the same condition as when received; please make sure to return all parts belonging to the product, including cables, manuals etc.

Howdy.dk will not cover your shipping costs when regretting a purchase.
When we have verified that the purchase could be returned according to the above mentioned rules, we will contact you with the purpose of returning your money.
This will happen within a few days.
Using the guarantee
Howdy.dk grants two years of limited guarantee (Danish: reklamationsret). If an item brought at Howdy.dk is defective or malfunctioning, please contact us by email for further
instructions. Howdy.dk will pay your reasonable shipping costs when you return defective articles, but only if you have contacted Howdy.dk first and have received a confirmation mail.
Howdy.dk might decide to replace or repair the defect item.
